1.What is the warranty on my product & what does it cover?

Manufacturing warranty covers the following issues 

  1. Missing components
  2. Delamination and / or peeling of sun lens coating
  3. Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating 
  4. Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  5. Soldering defects

If your product encounters any of the above issues within 1 year of purchase, please write to us at prismeyecare.work@gmail.com  or call us at +919164203360. We will require you to ship the product to us for a quality check by our technicians. It the issue is deemed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace your product or issue you a store credit. Prism Eye Care has absolute discretion to ascertain if the issue is a manufacturing defect.  

Kindly note, we will be unable to entertain any requests for exchange or credit if the product has been altered / repaired in any manner by any third party.   

Manufacturing warranty does not cover the following issues 

  1. Normal wear and tear i.e. scratches.
  2. Any damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or improper storage of product.
  3. Damage caused by chemicals.
  4. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repair

2.The product I ordered doesn’t fit me properly. What do I do? 

We would encourage you to Book a frame tune-up at any of stores where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you. You would be surprised with what a few simple adjustments can do to completely uplift your level of comfort. 

3.I bought a product from you some time back, but it’s now loose for me, what do I do?

We would encourage you to Book a frame tune-up at any of stores where our expert technicians would be happy to assist you & adjust the product for you.
